1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Magnitude Works ("we," "us," "our"), operated from Zurich, Switzerland. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Magnitude Works provides AI-powered B2B services including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) audits, optimization reports, and ongoing monitoring. Services are delivered digitally via email and/or client dashboard.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated. EUR and USD invoicing available on request.
• Payment is processed via Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• One-time services (audits, optimization) are billed at time of purchase. Subscription services (monitoring) are billed monthly in advance.
• VAT is applied where applicable per Swiss and EU regulations.

4. Delivery

• Snapshot Audit: delivered within 48 business hours of order confirmation.
• Full Service: delivered within 10 business days of receiving intake form.
• Monthly Monitoring: first report within 5 business days, subsequent reports monthly.

Delivery timelines are estimates. We will notify you of any delays.

5. Refund Policy

• One-time services: full refund if we fail to deliver within the stated timeframe, unless the delay is due to incomplete information from you.
• Subscription services: cancel at any time after the minimum term (3 months for Monitoring). No refund for the current billing period.
• Digital products (prompt packs): no refund after download, as per Swiss consumer protection law for digital goods.

6. Intellectual Property

Reports, strategies, and deliverables produced for you are yours to use internally. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label our reports without written permission. Our tools, methodologies, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to deliver your service (company name, industry, competitors, contact email). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services provide analysis and recommendations based on AI model outputs at the time of audit. AI model behavior changes continuously. We do not guarantee specific ranking outcomes, citation rates, or traffic results. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. No Guarantee of AI Citations

Generative Engine Optimization improves the likelihood of AI citations but does not guarantee them. AI models update their training data and retrieval methods independently. We provide actionable strategies based on current behavior - not guarantees of future results.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes, to manipulate AI models in ways that violate their terms of service, or to misrepresent our reports as your own proprietary work when selling to third parties.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
