• Payment data: Processed by Stripe - we never see or store your card details

• To send service-related updates (delivery notifications, report links)
• To improve our services based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• AI model APIs: We query AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) as part of our audit service. We send your brand name and industry keywords - never your personal data or payment information.
• Email: Transactional emails for order confirmations and report delivery.

5. Data Retention

• Active client data: retained for the duration of your service engagement plus 12 months
• One-time audit data: retained for 12 months after delivery (so you can request re-access)
• Payment records: retained as required by Swiss tax law (10 years)
• You can request deletion at any time - we will comply within 30 days, except where retention is legally required

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure payment processing (Stripe PCI-DSS), and access controls on all systems containing client data.
